Photography and Art

Photographic art is normally associated with Landscapes, Portraits and some dubious people and child photos. It is not often associated with Motorsport photography, although I have seen some very artistic Formula one and Le Mans images.

As most of you will know I have been providing action photos for some time, however my initial interest in photography was as an art form.

You may have seen photos showing competitors facial

expression creeping into the galleries. I now look on these shots as my "Signature photos" much the same as chef has a signature dish, or a musso has a signature tune or song.

I really enjoy capturing people expressions when competing, although this is often only the eyes it can still tell a story

Almost all the photos in the Signature gallery are action photos. All the photos, including the non action ones are candid shots. None are posed or setup

I would like some feed back on these. Would you like one of these photos of you?. I have found that the ladies like these shots of their partners. Any comments are welcome
